I offer gentle, accessible yoga and wellbeing sessions designed to support grounding, stress relief, and balance — particularly for busy professionals and community spaces.
My approach is calm, inclusive, and focused on how people feel when they leave: more present, more regulated, and more connected to themselves. I can tailor these experiences to your specific needs, and there is the possibility of adding in private chef nourishment too.
Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

Gentle yoga classes and embodied movement designed for all levels, with an emphasis on releasing tension from desk-based work and daily stress.
Ideal for: coworking communities, small groups, events.
🌬 Breathwork & Guided Relaxation
Short, simple breathing practices and guided meditation to help shift out of “work mode” and into calm.
Often included at the end of sessions or offered as standalone resets.
🌿 Community & Pilot Wellbeing Sessions
I’m currently offering low-pressure pilot sessions for coworking spaces and community groups in Barcelona.
These are designed as a trial to explore what best supports your members.
